Practice Yoga
Anytime, Anywhere.

The 8 limbs of yoga

The first one is Yamas: This part concerns all moral precepts in our lives. In short: “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.”

The second is Niyamas: Inner work - accepting, cultivating, fulfilling, and developing positive virtues, focusing on good thoughts, and accepting these virtues as one's system"

Asana: It refers to conscious movement and holding various postures with concentration to strengthen our mind through the body. Pranayama: Conscious breathing by using different techniques. It is also known as control of our life force.

Pratyahara: Withdrawal of the senses. Practice enjoying and accepting life in the present moment without illusions.

Outer Beauty, Inner Calm

The 8 limbs of yoga

Dharana: This part is about the prolonged concentration of attention on one object.

Dhyana: A meditation itself. This is the tool for practicing different skills like finding our inner peace or experiencing happiness and love through our good memories. It's a deep spiritual practice.

Samadhi: This is a special contemplative state in which the idea of one's own individuality disappears. In fact, there is a state of enlightenment, also known as nirvana.
